The 2022 Platinum Jubilee Monarch Platinum-Gold Double Sovereign

One of the range of the world’s first sovereigns to be minted in platinum gold.  The coin features a portrait of Her Majesty around the time of her Silver Jubilee in 1977 with the garlanded royal cypher in the field.   The double sovereign is 32mm in diameter and weighs 16 grams.  Its original mintage limitation was just 299 and it is sold out.

One of the range of the world’s first sovereigns to be minted in platinum gold.  The coin features a portrait of Her Majesty around the time of her becoming our longest reigning monarch in 2015 which the garlanded royal cypher in the the field.   The five sovereign is 38.6mm in diameter and weighs 40 grams.  Its original mintage limitation was just 149 and it is sold out.
