Hattons of London processes your email address for the purpose of sending you order confirmation emails or delivery information regarding your order.
If you choose to receive our email newsletter, the email address that you provide will be forwarded to an email platform which provides us with email marketing services. We consider this to be a third party data processor. Your email address will remain within the platforms database for as long as we continue to use their services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. Hattons of London also use a hosted telephone system. All calls made to us are routed through their cloud software. As part of our efforts to make further improvements to the service we provide to our customers, telephone calls to and from Hattons of London may be recorded or monitored and used for training purposes. All telephone numbers and call recordings are encrypted.
We work with Omni Capital Finance Ltd (Omni) to provide some of our clients with loans to facilitate their purchase. Omni collects data from these clients to ascertain whether they are eligible for the loan. Information (including, in some cases, call recordings) will only be provided to Omni in the specific case of a client requesting payment terms of more than 3 months and with their explicit permission.
